Commencment 2008

Is commencement an end or a beginning or both? Depends on your definition. According to my definition commencement exercises at UGA are just a point of reference on my life's timeline. The past would show diligence over a long period of time (7 years), the present would show a sigh of relief and the for the future I would hypothesize me going back to school.

The weekend was good and it left me exhausted. Thursday and Friday were comprised of preparation for the family. Saturday was a 3 hour long graduation and cook out with our family:

Ron, Melanie, and Trina Sorensen
Shannon and Ari Haroldsen
Stan, Susan, Charity, Hope and Clay Thompson
Herbert and Ellen Davis
Robyn and Steve Weidler
Ryan, Jennifer, Ambree, Kyla and Jaxon Davis

That was followed by mother's day shopping, and Steve's surprise birthday party were I finally meet Steve's family for the first time.

Sunday was Mother's Day. It was wonderful to be with both of our mother's during church and to honor their legacy of faith. Thanks Mom for all you do!
