If you scroll down to the next blog entry you will see that there has been almost 2 months since I've written. I've missed taking a few minutes to periodically reflect about our lives, but I'll give you a short run down of what's transpired lately.
We moved from 4035 1/2 Barnett Shoals to 108 College Station H107. It was sad to leave our little apartment in the basement. There was a brief moment before we walked out the door that a flash of random memories flooded through my mind. Our first time walking across the door's threshold into our "home" after our honeymoon with suitcases, putting up our Christmas tree, piano music and lyrics of "The Luckiest" ringing in the air, the smell of my candle to cover-up the old house smell, and my hanging flower baskets that I couldn't reach...so Dylan always watered them.
Now we've been welcomed by our international neighbors, and also by Morgan, Carrie and most importantly Annaliese. We have the UGA band playing the fight song in the back ground on the intramural fields, and instead of driving our car we take the UGA buses and I'm looking forward to rearranging the furniture several times before we find the perfect spot for a Christmas tree, just like at the old place. Its been a good move and we are happy to know that God has blessed us with everything we need.
Pictures will be forthcoming.

I could hardly stand living in Family Housing, so good luck with that! Moving out of that place was such a breather, but I did miss living on campus! It's good to hear that everything is going well. :) Tell Morgan and Carrie I said hi! (They were always so nice to us, and brought us baked goods. Can't ever say no to baked goods!)
I drive North South for over 8 hours every Tuesday, so come say HI sometime! :D
I saw your dad last weekend at Kim Whigham's reception and I had to laugh as he talked about your change of mind on the couch! Your dad is such a funny guy. But I totally relate to the memories of having your first apartment together. It seems like we've moved to a million places since then, but each place holds it's special memories. It's more about the life that you live within those walls than it is about the walls themselves, am I right? I hope you two create a lot of fun new memories together in your new place!
Hey, maybe we can have a New Year's Party at your new place. It will be like old times. :o)
